How do we do it?
A consultant with professional experience manages every project to its conclusion. The Project Manager's key tasks are summarised in the following order:
- Collecting all information needed in order to prepare and realise recruitment project
- Defining the most effective method and presenting it to the Client's representatives
- Searching for the best candidates with use of methods agreed by the Client
- Organising the series of meetings of Client's representatives with selected candidates
- Maintaining constant relations with the Client's representatives.
- Search and selection method
- Preparing of job description and ideal candidate's profile to be sent to the Client's representatives for acceptance;
- File search in RI database, advertising, internet posting & reference leads;
- Carrying out structured interviews with selected candidates;
- Preparing of interview reports containing information regarding notice periods, required salary, individual's career goal, impressions on the candidates personality and overall assessment;
- Introducing of up to 3 recommended candidates to the Client Managers.

- Listing the companies for whom potential candidates may work
- Selecting and approaching potential candidates
- Presenting the job offer to the candidates
- Carrying out structured interviews with candidates
- Preparing of interview reports containing information regarding notice periods, required salary, individual's career goal, impressions on the candidates personality and overall assessment
- Introducing up to 5 recommended candidates on basis of interview reports to the Client Managers
We are open to any suggestions concerning recruitment methods and will regard any circumstances or Client's needs, with complete confidentiality.
Research strategy
It is our intention to seek candidates who are either currently or previously employed within the banking business sector.
Research and response
Our research will enable us to identify candidates who are potentially suitable for specific positions. After assessing and establishing their suitability and background, they will be either recommended or declined, with full interview reports being provided to your specification.
When recommended, the candidate will receive a copy of the Job Description and we shall also provide all other relevant information about our Client.
Communication between all parties will be continuous throughout the project in order to ensure complete success.
Timetable
- Week 1: Draw up list of target companies and candidates.
- Weeks 2-3: Approach individuals to ascertain which are suitable and willing to move and draw up the shortlist of candidates.
- Weeks 3+: Interviews with the Client.
After the first interviews, the timing for completion of the project is dependent upon the availability of Client's Management for selection interviews and decision-making.
- Offer and acceptance.
- Prepare candidate for resignation and possible counter offer by their existing employer.
- Candidate to confirm acceptance to the Client in writing.
Euro Recruitment will stay in contact with the candidate and the Client until the start date, to ensure everything goes smoothly and to ensure that there are no initial misunderstandings.
